Karol Andruszków Honaro is implementing a project co-financed by European Funds
Project title: "Internationalization of Honaro operations by adapting the offered products to the requirements of foreign markets"
PROJECT GOALS:
The main goal of the project is to expand the company's operations to clients from foreign markets.
The specific objective of this project will be the implementation of a long-term (comprehensive) business strategy, which indicated the most important directions for the company's development in terms of internationalization in the field of promotion on foreign markets and activities necessary for the development of exports.
Increasing the volume of exports of entrepreneurs from the Lower Silesian Voivodeship by, among others, concluding new commercial contracts with partners/recipients of products and services from abroad.
Promotion of the voivodeship through the export of highly innovative products by an entity operating in Wrocław.
Thanks to participation in this activity, the company will increase its recognition on international markets, which will translate into starting export activities and increasing the sales volume of products and services.
PLANNED EFFECTS:
The effect of the project will be the introduction of the Honaro portal to the target market of Great Britain while adapting its functionality to the requirements of this market. It is assumed that one year after the project implementation, the company will acquire 30 clients who will constantly use its functions. The effect will also be an increase in the recognition of the honaro.pl portal among SME companies on the British market.
- TOTAL PROJECT VALUE IS: 197,784.00 PLN
- Total eligible costs related to the Project implementation are 160,800.00 PLN.
- DIP grants the Beneficiary funding for the implementation of the Project in an amount not exceeding 136,680.00 PLN, constituting 85.00% of the total eligible project expenditures.
- The Beneficiary will provide their own contribution to the implementation of the Project in the amount of 24,120.00 PLN, and own funds in the amount of 61,104.00 PLN.
Stage I - 898.58 PLN non-cash (equivalent to 213.86 EUR), which includes: training services by qualified experts from the USA and Poland, training materials, catering.
Stage II - 8,496.23 PLN non-cash (equivalent to 2,075.03 EUR), which includes: consulting and training services by qualified experts from the USA and Poland, training materials, catering, 4 nights accommodation, parking space.
Stage III: up to 55,000 PLN in the form of an advance and reimbursement, intended for the purchase of advisory, training and mentoring services and participation in presentation sessions or meetings with potential business partners organized by business environment institutions.
