Before we involved Enerace we were quite advanced in energy procurement based on the risk management model and tranche contracts for energy.

 

Enerace significantly improved our strategic approach. Based on the strategy we run a clear process which is consequently realised taking into account our goals. We appreciate that our consultant is openminded and ready for sometimes difficult discussions. Consistent monitoring of the implementation of our strategy by Enerace significantly improved the effectiveness of our purchasing decisions.

 

Noteworthy is also the support in the organization of the tender. Throughout the negotiating process, Enerace showed great professionalism, which led to the negotiation of very good conditions of cooperation with energy supplier, both in terms of price and non-price including the importance of green energy.
