Another project was to create a system for Hammersmith Hospital in London.
The project concerned the system that was designed to monitor the occurrence of an emergency at the hospital. The system is reported and identified cases classified as serious situations. The systems gathered information about who was involved in the event, how many people attended the event, which memebers of the staff were at the addmition to the hospital and a description of the procedure in a given situation. All the staff were encourage to fill out forms after an emergency situation. Gathering information and identifying individual events, helped create a system that was designed to streamline the procedure for emergency situations and learning from actions already carried out.
